Return Window
You have 60 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must be:

• unused
• in their original condition
• returned with all original packaging

We never charge restocking fees — what you see is what you get.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A trackable shipping method is recommended to ensure the package reaches us safely.

Exchanges
If you’d prefer an exchange, just mention it during your contact — we’ll help you choose the right replacement.

Refund Timing
Once your item is received and inspected, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Your bank or payment provider may require a little extra time to finalize the credit.
